This past weekend we took over Padel Haus in West Midtown to design a wellness birthday for a private client — and what a morning it became. Matching mats rolled out beneath the studio's soft glow, a hand-crafted cake from Black Lab Bakery waited at the back of the room, and the whole space hummed with that rare, unhurried kind of joy. We moved, we breathed, we laughed through the wobbly poses, and we let the world go quiet for sixty beautiful minutes.
